Chad has always been drawn to people and to experiences that bring energy and connection. From an early age, he sought out adventure—earning his pilot’s license at just 16 and later becoming a commercial diver and scuba instructor. Over the years, his path has taken him from flying purely for the joy of it, to seven years teaching scuba, to a long career working at Disney, including a decade diving on the job. Along the way, he even spent time as a golf ball diver—his most dangerous work yet, and the source of more than a few unforgettable stories. Today, he works full time as a maintenance technician at a distribution center in Cocoa and proudly calls Brevard County home.

Outside of work, Chad loves time with his family. He finds peace shooting targets with his boys, never turns down a date with his wife, Heather, and is always ready for the next great scuba diving spot. He has an amazing family of three—Heather, his oldest, Chase, and his youngest, Reef.
